Hear ye. Hear ye. Come one, come all! Amphion – the no-nonsense graphic design & visual communication agency, is looking for a strong personality to fill a unique position in our company. Nope, we don’t need somebody to get us cups of coffee. We are looking for a dashing, entrepreneurial individual to take up the leading role as “internet producer” of several prestigious, high-profile projects. This lucky guy or gal will get to drive the strategy, create and implement the internet plans for several soft drink brands (within one company). If this job title doesn’t get you to break the ice at parties, what will?

While pansy environmentalists are nagging on about climate changes, ice ages, and the apocalypse just generally being nigh, we at amphion would like to bury our heads in the sand and focus on the positive side-effects of global warming.

Just think about it:
1) You spend less or no time scraping the frost off your windowpane!
2) You don’t have to look silly in those knitted gloves your grandma made you!
3) There’s no more harm done in clubbing baby seals because they don’t need their fur anymore anyway! And why club them in the first place? YOU don’t need the fur anymore either. Hell you didn’t even need it when it was still cold so now it’s twice as useless. Right?
4) You can chip chunks off a floating hunk of Antarctic ice and use them to fill your champagne basket with. Seriously, how classy is that?
5) You can wear T-shirts during winter!
The list goes on…

To celebrate this joyous milestone in ecologic evolution Amphion has made you a nice and cozy winter themed t-shirt for the globally heated New Year. GET THEM HERE while it’s still hot outside, these tees are as exclusive as White Christmas! Or skiing in 2027!

We love the smell of fresh ink in the morning! Straight from the printers: Check this back to back fold-out A2 poster invitation for the A Fair and Station fashion fairs at the end of the month.

Nice invitation we made for the opening of the Nespresso Boutique in Luxemburg. Comes in handy if you wanna practice taking off those zipped designer dresses the chicks you take home after the party usually wear. Amphion: we really think about everything!

If amphion would be able to have a middle name, the word “Fashion” would certainly be one of the main contenders for that spot. Then we’d be able to say “Hey babe, Fashion’s our middle name” each time people ask us if we do Fashion sites. Off course ‘amphion’ is not a actual person and doesn’t even have a last name, so bringing up this middle name thing was actually rather dumb. There’s about nine of us right now so we’d need nine middle names, at the least. Ehm, to get to the point: Fashion Diffusion is an agency representing several exclusive brands throughout the Benelux, and we dit the site

Several other middle-name possibilities: “Lunch”, “Half-Life” and a few we don’t dare spell out on this very decent blog.

With all the parties and subsequent hangovers we almost forgot to tell you we designed the aluminium Coke light New Year bottle (yes, of course we did). Who cares if the fireworks got cancelled due to the storm if you got a portable display of stylized pyrotechnics on your Coke light bottle and tiny bubbly explosions on your tastebuds? Happy light year!

Vooruitzicht is a long standing client of ours, so it figures that we would also build their website. We had already donned our steel-tipped safety shoes, shiny yellow helmets and a Stanley Kowalski attitude, when someone told us that deaths by falling chunks of HTML are statistically insignificant. So, off with the safety gear and on with the designer pyjamas.
The Vooruitzicht website’s main purpose is to highlight the company’s building projects and to showcase appartments and houses for sale or rent. So obviously we didn’t go for a flamboyant design to clash with each project’s own specific style. And we all had to do it in a the square dimensions of their iconic logo. Content is king in this minimalist, but highly functional, layout. We’re holding on to the flamboyant style for Gay fridays at the office! Disco fever, yeah!

Telenet wanted something ‘crazy’ for their new Zita portal. Well, the game we made for them is crazier than Gnarls Barkley in a loonie asylum. Strap yourself in your favourite straight-jacket, fly over the cuckoo’s nest and vist Zita!

There’s a new crack team of superheroes in town. They flag the J&B colors proudly and make the wildest dreams about the most amazing night in your life come true. Funny thing is, this briefing arrived on our desk rather ‘unexpected’ (isn’t that ironic!) and the amphion motion guy had to use some of his deadline-bending superhero powers to pull it off! You know even the elastic limbs of Mr. Fantastic can’t touch this.

Did you know you can make a bulletproof vest with some copies of the yellow pages and a roll of duct tape? You probably did. But did you know we made this fantastic TV-spot for de Gouden Gids on Jim TV?
