Qualifications

  • A sharp eye for concept, visuals and execution — from first sketch to final pixel

  • Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus points for After Effects, Premiere, Figma or AI tools

  • You translate strategy into concept, concept into key visual, and key visual into something people actually stop for

  • A love for craft, not endless tinkering

  • AI-savvy: you see it as an extra pair of creative hands, not a threat

  • Fast and precise, without ever getting sloppy

  • Not a classic designer, a grey art director, a DTP operator or a prompt jockey
    but someone who can come up with an idea and sell it

  • Versatile across touchpoints: print, social, POS, digital, activation, retail, packaging, whatever we throw at you
