“Establish the impact of Lactose-free dairy” - for Dilea

Challenge: Communicate the benefits of zero-lactose dairy in an engaging way while increasing purchase frequency among existing consumers.

Idea: We developed the Lactose-free days, where we educate consumers on the positive effects of living without lactose. We delivered this through digital & social content, as well as an IRL take-over, where we changed the “Melk-straat” to “Lactose-free-straat” as a way to capture consumers attention.
